In addition to a restaurant, Uit Je Eigen Stad is also a place where you can see the production of the food. They have a own harvest field, pisciculture, poultry farming and mushroom cultivation. After the harvest, all the food will be processed in the kitchen and served in restaurant but also sold in it’s own little market.
The restaurant is very cozy with an industrial feel. You can look into the kitchen and there is a beautiful large stone oven which stands out immediately as you enter the restaurant. When you are leaving, you can also visit their little shop at the exit where they sell everything they produce. Fresh eggs, delicious vegetables and fresh juices. We always buy ourselves some bottles of fresh apple juice!
