Are you looking for mainstream clothing and shoes? Then you won\u2019t find it in this area. Most of the stores in Samcheongdong sell pieces of local designers. This area is very relaxed, nonchalant and especially one where you\u2019d love to hang around. Every boutique has its own unique character and they all have been tastefully furnished. Most of the stores sell trendy accessories or beautiful contemporary clothing. As a woman you\u2019ll definitely succeed, since most of the stores here are focused on women\u2019s clothing. But no worries, for all our male visitors: there\u2019s plenty to buy, to see and to do for you in this area too!<\/p>\n
Besides shopping, the area is also very nice for strolling around, especially when the sun shines in the afternoon. There are many small caf\u00e9\u2019s and restaurants in the neighbourhood. With the focus on the \u2018small\u2019 ones, because they are the nicest ones! There are so many, you just can\u2019t decide which one to go into. We have of course selected some places for you, which you definitely should visit when you\u2019re in Samcheongdong!<\/p>\n
Tip: via Insadong it\u2019s very easy to reach Samcheongdong. From here, we advise you to walk to the Bukchon Village first, where you can find the traditional houses (see more at \u201cMiscellanious\u201d). This way you\u2019ll walk immediately into Samcheongdong. Oh, and at the end of the shopping street you\u2019ll find Samcheongdong Park. Here you can enjoy all the nice trees and scenery.
