This former publishing company has gained a new development plan as a club, restaurant and cultural platform.<br \/>\nTrouw was planned to be closed in 2011, but this fun, trendy, likable restaurant in Amsterdam will still remain with us for a couple of more years.<\/p>\n<h2>Interior Restaurant Trouw Amsterdam<\/h2>\n<p>Upon entry, the industrial decor ensures a bit of an underground sensation, yet at the same time there is a very relaxed atmosphere. The setting of the tables is in a circle around to the kitchen so you can almost have a close look from your chair.<\/p>\n<p>Trouw does not serve traditional starter and main dishes, but dishes in tapas portions so you can actually taste about everything. Lots of fresh vegetables and Mediterranean-oriented dishes can be combined which results in a full meal.<\/p>\n<p>The service is not very efficient, but it\u2019s very friendly.
